About joining our union

Any corporation or individual who operates a government-regulated business as defined in the association's articles of incorporation and has a business base within the relevant area can apply to join.

Also, please contact us if your job type or area does not fall under this category. You may be required to file a report with the Fair Trade Commission.

You must join the association to use its services.

Requirements for joining

Anyone can join our union as long as you meet the requirements below.

  • Manages government business as specified in the Articles of Incorporation of the union (List of occupations handled)
  • Your business base is located within the area specified in our union's articles of incorporation. (Aichi, Gifu, Nagano, Iwate, Fukuoka)
  • A small or medium-sized enterprise as specified in the Articles of Incorporation of the Association, and is a target business in the target industry table below.


Joining process


1. Prepare the investment fund and necessary documents

Investment funds

Investment of 10,000 yen or more is required per company.
The investment is a deposit.
It will be refunded when you leave the association.

Required Documents

Please prepare the following documents:

  • Application for membership (The board of directors will review and approve your application)
  • Company profile

2. Transfer of investment

Once you receive the membership acceptance letter, please transfer your investment funds to the specified account.

3. Joining the union

Once we have confirmed your investment, you will become a member of the union.
We will refund your investment upon withdrawal.
