Message from the President

Our Human Relations Cooperative is made up of members of various sizes and industries, and based on the spirit of mutual assistance, we aim to contribute to strengthening the constitution and improving the management of our members by "exchanging information among members" and "cooperative projects for members."

Modern Japan faced that the labor force is declining due to a declining birthrate and aging population, which has resulted in a serious labor shortage in every industry, making securing and developing excellent human resources the key to management.
The Human Relations Cooperative Association contributes to the development of its members by utilizing the Foreign Technical Intern Training Program to secure the human resources they need and by creating an environment in which they can develop into human resources that can contribute to their competitive edge.

At the Human Relations Cooperative, management staff who can speak the native language of each country as well as Japanese make regular visits and have a system in place to quickly respond to requests from members and inquiries from foreign workers. We strive to provide a high-quality, stable labor force that our members desire, where foreign trainees can work with peace of mind.

Human Relations Cooperative will continue to strive to improve its services while meeting the needs of its members, and will work hard to achieve a sustainable society through the growth and development of its members.
