I didn't have any particular concerns, and the generous support we received, such as interpretation during our initial training and prompt responses to minor issues, was very helpful.
They also provide support with regular visits and Japanese language education, so we are able to accept them with peace of mind.

Have you ever had any problems or issues? How did you solve them?

There have been no sudden or long-term absences, and they have a good sense of responsibility and attitude towards their work, so I feel that my image of and trust in foreigners has improved.

Have there been any changes, such as positive things, since accepting trainees?

Stable employment is expected.
