Company M - Mr. O
Did you have any concerns about accepting the student? Also, how was it once you actually accepted the student?
I was a bit worried about the trainees' Japanese language ability, but there weren't any major issues.
Have you ever had any problems or issues? How did you solve them?
When teaching skills tests and the like, we sometimes had trouble coordinating locations and people, but we were able to handle it with the cooperation of the Human Relations Cooperative.
Have there been any changes, such as positive things, since accepting trainees?
The wages were low, which led to cost reductions.
My motivation to work did not decrease significantly and I felt a sense of stability.
Why did you choose Human Relations?
Also, how did you feel when you actually accepted the position?
We have a relationship with them as a temporary staffing agency, so we chose them as an extension of that.
They also provide follow-up after the acceptance, which is extremely helpful.
