trainee

Company S - Mr. D

Why did you become an intern in Japan?

I would like to gain experience and skills through practical experience in a developed country and grow as a person.
On top of that, I earn money to help support my family.

How do you spend your holidays?

I meet friends to experience different cultures, travel, and play sports together.
I also call my family and study to improve my Japanese level.

Do you think Japanese language skills are necessary?
How do you study?

Japanese is very necessary.
I study Japanese for 1-2 hours every day, and the rest of the time I learn by communicating and through my work and life.

From whom did you learn the job?

I received guidance on my work from my group leader and senior colleagues.

What advice would you give to juniors who want to come to Japan?

Before you come to Japan, it would be a good idea to understand more about Japanese culture and life.
And learning to get a firm grasp of knowledge and language.
It is also very important to communicate with the people around you.
